Classes for everyone!

Our courses are created and based on what you need. We’re certainly crazy about Pilates, but that doesn’t mean we shy away from other effective exercise styles – the workouts are modern, energetic and endlessly creative, so you can expect to find barre, cardio and stretch incorporated into the training.

We have chosen several courses in small groups for a personalized follow- up, which adapt to your desires and needs!

Which course to choose?

Power Reformer Pilates

All levels. 55 minutes.

This class is ideal for discovering the method as well as the techniques necessary to isolate and activate the many muscle groups solicited in Pilates.

This class also allows you to develop your confidence in the use of the machine. This is full body workout with or without accessories (weight, ball, etc.) suitable for beginners but also for more advanced students wishing to go over basics.

Power Jump

All levels. 55 minutes.

Our Power Jump class incorporates the use of the jumpboard to promote cardiovascular work and the synchronization of movements to sculpt the body and burn calories.

A class helping to improve your endurance, agility and power.

Recommended for anyone looking to strengthen lower body joints, avoid osteoporosis, or simply looking for a fat burning workout.

Soft Flow Reformer

50 minutes.

A class with a softer and less dynamic flow than our Power Reformer format.

Particularly suitable for beginners, people looking for a gentle physical activity, or women in the pre and post natal period.

Power Stretch Reformer

50 minutes.

Strengthen, sculpt and tone your body with its dynamic and varied movements during the first 30 minutes of class, then finish your workout with a full 20 minutes of therapeutic stretches that not only improve flexibility but also help prevent injury, relieve stress and progress.

It’s just what your body needs to balance out your weekly practice and give your body the extra love it deserves.

Sweat Reformer

55 minutes.

A class designed to test your physical resistance. With a more sustained rhythm which is aimed at students who wish to challenge themselves.
