Power Reformer Pilates

All levels. 55 minutes.

This class is ideal for discovering the method and the techniques needed to isolate and activate the many muscle groups involved in Pilates.

This class also enables you to develop confidence in using the machine. This is a complete body workout, with or without accessories (dumbbells, ball, ring, etc.). It’s suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students wishing to strengthen their foundations.

Power Jump

All levels. 55 minutes.

The Power Jump class uses the jumpboard to energize your cardio workout, while harmonizing movements to sculpt your figure and maximize calorie burn. This session is ideal for boosting your endurance, agility and strength. Power Jump is particularly recommended for those wishing to strengthen lower limb joints, prevent osteoporosis or simply for an effective fat-burning workout.

Power Stretch Reformer
